Green Means GO!
In the name of mental health, join TriCity Family Services IN PERSON (or virtually) on Saturday, May 7, for the 3rd Annual Green Means Go 5K Run & Walk.

Kick off Mental Health Awareness Month (May) and walk, jog, or run a 5K (3.1 miles) supporting a mission to provide quality mental health services that are accessible and affordable.

USATF-certified | Chip-timed course | Custom age and finisher medals

All ages, runners, walkers, strollers, teams, companies, and schools welcome! Families, friends, and co-workers are encouraged to form teams, recruit others to sign up, and collaborate on a team fundraising goal. Teams are also encouraged to come up with a fun, creative green-theme team name.

Custom age and finisher medals. Awards for largest team, best costume, and most spirited. Post-race, please stay for recovery treats and the awards presentation!

PLUS, Kids Caterpillar Dash (1/2K) for ages 2-5, or children unable to complete a 5K due to developmental delays, sponsored by The Ivy Academy of Early Learning.

For Virtual 5K Participants Only, SUBMIT YOUR RUN TIME
1.  CLICK HERE to go to the Green Means Go 5K results page, then select the results.
2.  Find your name in the results. With your name, you will see an "Update Time" button. Click "Update Time."
3.  If you are not currently logged into ItsYourRace, a login window will appear. Log in using your ItsYourRace user ID (your email address) and password. Can't remember? Click "Forgot Your Password" to reset.
